Private Outdoor Access & Separated Runs
Every one of our boarding suites comes with its own outdoor access and separated run, giving dogs the freedom to step outside on their own schedule rather than waiting for a group turn. This amenity means less stress, more comfort, and a more natural rhythm to each dog’s day while they’re staying with us.
Daily Exercise Yard & Playtime
Beyond their private outdoor runs, every dog enjoys time in our shared exercise yard, typically two to three times a day. We bring out toys and give dogs from the same family time together to run, play, and burn off energy. This daily enrichment is included with every stay, not offered as an extra, because we believe playtime is an essential part of a happy visit.
Spa-Style Bath Service
Every dog deserves to go home looking and smelling their best. Guests staying seven consecutive nights or longer receive a complimentary bath before departure, and bath service is also available as an add-on for shorter stays at $25 for large dogs, $20 for medium dogs, and $15 for small dogs. It’s a small touch that makes a big difference, especially for dogs heading straight into a family event or a long ride home.

Customized Meal Service
We know every dog has their own routine, so mealtime at Raise The Woof is fully flexible. Guests can enjoy our provided meals, Science Diet formulated for sensitive skin and stomachs, for an additional $5 per day, or owners are welcome to bring their dog’s regular food from home at no extra cost. This amenity ensures dogs with dietary needs, sensitivities, or picky habits can maintain a familiar routine throughout their stay.
Flexible Check-In & Check-Out Hours
We designed our hours around real life, not the other way around. Raise The Woof Pet Hotel is open seven days a week, with check-in and check-out available daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. For guests with less predictable travel plans, we also accommodate 24-hour requests whenever possible, so a tight schedule doesn’t stand in the way of a comfortable stay for your dog.
Multi-Dog Family Suites
Traveling with more than one dog? Our suites are designed to comfortably host multiple dogs from the same household in a single room, at our discounted two-dog rate of $65 per night, compared to $35 per night for a single dog. This amenity keeps bonded dogs together and makes boarding more affordable for multi-pet families.
Health & Safety Standards
Every amenity at Raise The Woof Pet Hotel is backed by a commitment to health and safety. We require up-to-date vaccination records for rabies, bordetella, and DHLPP for every guest, helping to maintain a clean, healthy environment for all of the dogs in our care. This standard is part of what allows us to offer shared amenities like our exercise yard with confidence and peace of mind for every pet owner.
We see these health standards not as a restriction, but as an amenity in their own right. Knowing that every dog sharing our exercise yard or common spaces has met the same vaccination requirements gives pet owners real peace of mind, and it’s a standard we hold every single guest to, without exception.

Our membership in the Better Business Bureau and the Palestine Chamber of Commerce reflects our commitment to operating with honesty and accountability. We also keep our policies simple and fair: all major forms of payment are accepted, including Venmo, and we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations, with stays canceled on shorter notice charged for one night. It’s the same straightforward approach we bring to every part of the guest experience.
