Raise The Woof Pet Hotel began in December 2017 with a simple but meaningful idea. A grandmother in the family found a way to help a loved one who was facing significant health challenges keep working and stay independent, doing something meaningful rather than stepping away from the workforce. Rather than let those health challenges close a door, she helped build something better: a family business centered around caring for dogs, giving her family member a job to be proud of and giving the dogs of Palestine, Texas a safe place to stay whenever their families needed it.
Eight years later, that same personal, hands-on care is still at the heart of everything we do. We’ve never wanted to be a big, impersonal kennel. Instead, we’ve stayed small and dedicated, so every dog that walks through our doors gets individual attention rather than getting lost in the shuffle. Our team knows the dogs in our care by name, by personality, and often by their favorite spot to nap in the yard.

Our seven private rooms all include outdoor access and separated runs, so your dog has room to relax and room to play, whether they’re staying solo or bunking with a sibling from the same family. We welcome all breeds and sizes, with no exceptions based on size or breed, because every dog deserves a comfortable place to stay while their family is away.
Boarding is our specialty, but it’s not the only way we care for the dogs of Palestine, Texas. We also offer occasional daycare for dog owners who need a safe, supervised place for their pup during the day without a full overnight stay. Every boarding guest enjoys daily time in our exercise yard, complete with toys and plenty of attention from our staff, along with the option of a fresh bath before heading home. We’re also excited to be expanding our services soon to include administering medication for dogs who need it, so more families can trust us with their pets’ complete care.
Meals are simple and flexible: we’re happy to provide food during your dog’s stay, or you’re welcome to bring your dog’s regular food from home if you prefer to keep their routine consistent.
